Numbers show increase in enrollment, diversity, degree attainment at Ball State

In the 2017-18 academic year, 15 percent more students graduated from the university when compared with 2010-11. These numbers include earning bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees, or other certificates.

Number of degrees awarded 2009-2018:

The number of incoming freshmen who identify as belonging to a racial minority group increased from 591 in fall 2010 to 1,010 in fall 2019.

Ball State had a record number of 22,541 students enrolled at the start of the 2019-20 academic year.
